What do we know about you - and what do we use?

Data about you is important to the owner of this App / Website. We use data to store relevant content and products for you. Data is also used for the customer to be able to use the boat harbor and service building legally. We want you to understand how we handle data about you, and in this Privacy Statement we explain what data we collect, how we do it, and what data we use. What is Personal Information?

How do we get information about you?

Most of the data we have about you is data you give us through the creation of a profile on the payment machine in the harbor or at a terminal with port guards. This can e.g. be information about the phone number and the number of days in the harbor. We also record, in some ports, what services you use in the servicebuilding, and how much power you use. In addition, we receive data from other sources, such as bank terminals for payment verification.

The information is collected in several ways:

1. Information you provide us

When you register as a user in this harbor, you will enter some data that is stored by us. This information is stored in our databases to provide the service you have ordered. To improve our services and to prevent fraud, we also store information when you are contacting us, for example by sending us an email to the Call Center or providing feedback through features of the Service in thast way we can answer your questions.

2. Information collected through the use of the services

When using our services, we record information about which services you use and how to use them. This is done to keep track of sales in the marina and also keep track of accounts and bills when using the function (s) in the system. The information can be divided into the following types:

a. Technical information about your purchase in the harbor

Through the use of the payment machine we get information of the card type and the last four digits of the card.

When using a card bank/credit, we store for some time, part of data that is on bank receipt from cash systems.

b. Information about the use of the services

When you visit this marina, the activity is automatically recorded in our logs. We use this information, among other things, to improve our services and to make the service easy to use.

c. Telephone number information

We register your phone number, if you choose to enter the number. This number is registered as your person when you use the port, The system sends a code of four digits to your mobile which is the code for activities in the port. If you do not provide a phone number, code will also be on the receipt ticket.

d. Local storage

As long as you have goods in your accounty in the harbor, or for the service building, your purchases will be stored in the harbor. Accounts not used after the agreed time are deleted.

 

How do we use your information?

The personal information we have, we use to give you access in harbor and in the service building. And we use the data to understand and improve our systems so you get an even better experience in the harbor.

Data processor continuously strives to provide you with the best possible experience of our services.

We use privacy information ..

1. ... to implement the agreement and make the services better
       The Data Processing processes personal data and other forms of data to provide the services as agreed with you. We also use data to ensure the best possible user        experience for you, by having access to the port and its facilities ..
2. ... for statistics
       We prepare statistics on turnover and overnight nights in the harbor.
3. .. to attach ticket on boat
      We can also print a ticket for a boat, there is also a telephone number registered. This is for safety reasons.
4. .. by extreme events in the harbor or by boat in the harbor
     We give port supervisor access to the database to read who is guests in the harbor. The supervisor also has access to telephone numbers, which can be used in case of necessity in the harbor or on the boat. This is for safety reasons.

 

Especially about marketing in email and sms

If you have an active customer relationship with us, we will be able to send you marketing on SMS or other electronic means of communication within the scope of the Marketing Law, unless you have told us otherwise. If you do not have an active customer relationship with us, we will only send such marketing if you have given us an explicit and informed consent. If you do not provide a phone number, you will not receive any information from us. You must register mobile numbers in order to receive info / advertising.

 

 

How is this information shared?

Data processor shares information to SMS service company and supplier of payment system. The data processor has separate agreements with payment provider. This information is used by these companies to provide an invoice overview of the consumption of our systems.

Others

If there is a suspicion that an offense has been committed in connection with the use of the data controller services, the information will be disclosed to public authorities on request.

We will not share, sell or disclose any personal information other than as described in this Privacy Policy

 

Correction and deletion of personal data

It is important that the information we have about you is correct and up-to-date. If you find any errors, we encourage you to contact us so that the information can be corrected. You can also contact us if you want information to be deleted.

We will not store personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing and statutory duties we have, for example, by the accounting law.

Deletion of information

You can choose whether you want to accept data storage by making purchases with mobile number on the machine. Then contact the port guard or contact support@tempe.no.

The data processor will also be able to delete the user of the harbor, if the irregular events occur in the harbor.

 

Especially about children's privacy

Data controller does not want to collect or otherwise process personal information about children under the age of 15.

Should children under the age of 15 have provided us with personal information, we will delete the information as soon as we become aware of the case. Parents can contact us as indicated below.

Changes in the privacy statement

Vi vil med jevne mellomrom kunne oppdatere personvernerklæringen for Behandlingsansvarlig sine tjenester, for å gjenspeile eventuelle endringer på havneautomat. Når vi oppdaterer personvernerklæringen, vil den nye erklæringen bli publisert på automaten 14 dager før endringene iverksettes. Vi vil informere om endringene i de tjenestene som berøres.

Behandlingsansvarlig benytter NETS system for betaling av benyttelse av havnefasiliteter.
